Can a PC tuning program get you banned? What to watch in FiveM and VALORANT

The most common question before trying a tuning program. This page shows what Savenz Optimizer changes, what it never touches, and what games and servers really care about.

Updated 15 Oct 2026

What Savenz Optimizer changes

The program doesn't touch game files, doesn't read or write game memory, and has nothing that helps you play. It changes Windows settings, the same ones you could change yourself in Settings or the Registry. Every value keeps the old one and can be undone.

We can't speak for every game's anti cheat, but no part of the program touches the game itself.

VALORANT

Values VALORANT needs, like memory integrity, are marked right on the setting in the program. Turning off Windows protection such as VBS or memory integrity is an option on the Security page with a warning, a confirm step and a one click undo. It is never turned off for you.

What FiveM servers block

Some servers only allow a clean game. If mods, ReShade or other added files are found, they won't let you in.

  • Remove mods from the GTA V folder, such as the mods folder, .asi files and dinput8.dll.
  • Remove ReShade and other files from FiveM's plugins folder, then start FiveM again.

If you really are banned

The ban message says who banned you and why. For a server ban, ask that server's staff. A Cfx.re ban can only be reviewed by Cfx.re.

Download only from a source you trust

A file passed around somewhere else may have been changed. Savenz Optimizer is shared in the Savenz Discord, and the website shows its SHA 256 and VirusTotal scan to check.
